Yoga Healing Therapy

After a session of yoga the mind Becomes tranquil and passive.

Yoga’s healing effect on both mind and body is now widely known. However, not everyone may as well come along in a regular yoga class. In yoga therapy, we take this into account; During these lessons is not the type of exercise, but the possibilities of the human element. The objective is always finding balance, both literally and figuratively. Based on Hatha yoga exercises we work during these sessions to improve breathing, relaxation and meditation.

The approach is always personal, hence yoga therapy is often given as a private session or in small groups. In this way, the exercises can be optimally tailored to individual needs, requirements and conditions of the participant. As a result of experience with yoga is not necessary.

Yoga therapy can be a good supplement to combat a variety of chronic physical (pain) complaints, curing (sports) injuries and reduce stress and insomnia. If desired, the yoga therapy is enhanced with dietary advice. Yoga Therapy is on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
